Go to the Platforms page from your dashboard sidebar. Click on the platform you want to connect (YouTube, Twitter/X, and more coming soon) and follow the OAuth authorization flow.
Why did my video processing fail?
Video processing can fail due to various reasons: unsupported format, file too large (max 500MB), video too long (max 1 hour), or temporary service issues. Check the error message for specifics.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing from your account menu, then click "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I download my generated clips?
Yes! Click on any generated clip to open it, then use the download button to save it to your device.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM for videos. For audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, and AAC. For images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP.
