3. Account Registration

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (including clips, captions, hooks, and posts) is owned by you, subject to any underlying intellectual property rights in the source material.

6. Subscription & Payment
Clip360AI offers various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize automatic recurring charges for subscription renewals
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIP360AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
